Solange Knowles on June 24, 2011 arriving for her 25th Birthday Celebration at Lavo Nightclub in Las Vegas. Her super long black braids were pulled high up on the top of her head and centered to the right and placed in a ponytail so that her long braids hung over her right shoulder. There was a strand wrapped around the base of the ponytail to cover up the hair band. This is a really fun black braided hairstyle.

Willow Smith on February 8, 2011 arriving for the “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” Los Angeles Premiere held at the Nokia Theatre. She arrived on the red carpet with her whole family. The 10-year-old singer looked adorable with her hair in long skinny braids and gathered up into a ponytail on top of her head so that the ends of her braids hung to the right of her face. This is a great black braided hairstyle. It’s very fun and modern.

Brandy Norwood on January 6, 2011 arriving to BET’s “The Game” and “Let’s Stay Together” premiere afterparty at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles. Check out her long braids – they look perfect. She looked gorgeous in this black lace dress. Her makeup looked beautiful too. We love this braided hairstyle.

Sal Masekela in October of 2010 arriving for the 7th Annual Night by the Ocean Gala to benefit the Life Rolls on Foundation at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. Tracie Thoms in September of 2010 arriving for the 32nd Edition of United Negro College Fund’s an Evening of Stars with a tribute to Chaka Kahn at the Pasadena Convention Center. She wore her hair braided in the front, it was pulled back and hung in tight curls at the ends. This is a unique black braid hairstyle. We also like his multicolored leather jacket covered in metal studs. He arrived for the event with co-star from the “Karate Kid” Jackie Chan.

Jill Scott in March of 2010 arriving for the premiere of “Why Did I Get Married Too?” in New York City. She looked amazing in this navy blue dress. We love her braided hairstyle so much.
